Know what to say next — on every call.
Tesserafy sits quietly over Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. It scores the conversation as it happens, tells you what to say or ask, and drafts your follow-up when you hang up. Every point quotes what was actually said.
- UndetectableNo bot joins your meeting, and nothing announces it.
- LiveThe scorecard fills in while the customer is still talking.
- GroundedEvery point quotes what was said, or it is not shown.

The overlay, on a sample call
Drag it anywhere over the meeting, change how it looks, and press its buttons — it answers from what has been said. A written sample, played in your browser: nothing is recorded or sent.

- Problem: Month-end close is slow — “it eats our first week”
Prepared for Dana Whitfield

- Ask: What does month-end take your team today?

What it does
Built for the call itself
A scorecard that fills itself in
Pain, cost, timeline, who decides: each one ticks as the customer says it, linked to the words that earned it.
What to say next, in one press
AI Assist, To Ask and Recap — the words to say, answering what was just said, not a script.
Answers from your own documents
Add your pricing and product sheets. Product answers come only from them, quoted and named. Nothing guessed.
Ask about your screen
Press Screen and ask about the slide or dashboard in front of you. Sent for that answer only, never stored.
Your follow-up, drafted
When the call ends: the recap and the agreed next steps, each line resting on what was said. It promises nothing the call did not.
Ask every past call
“What did Northwind say about timing?” — answered from your calls, with a link to each moment.
How it works
Before, during and after every call
Before the call
Your next meeting comes from your calendar. Prepare it in a press: who it is with, what to open with, what to ask.
On the call
The overlay sits over Zoom, Teams or Meet. The scorecard fills as the customer speaks, and help is one press away.
After the call
The follow-up email, the action items and the insights are ready, each line quoting what was said.
Private by design
Yours, and only yours
Nothing joins the meeting
No bot, no announcement. On Incognito the overlay is kept out of screen sharing too.
Your calls stay yours
Never used for Tesserafy’s own purposes. Export or delete them whenever you like.
Contact details masked
Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before anything is stored.
Consent stays with you
You agree once to tell everyone on the calls you record; every call keeps that record.

Questions
Before you ask
Can anyone on the call see it?
No bot joins and nothing is announced. On Incognito the overlay is excluded from screen capture too, so it does not appear when you share your screen; on the other plans it shows in a share.
Do I have to tell people I am recording?
Yes. Telling everyone on the call, and recording only with their agreement, is your responsibility. You agree to that once, before your first recorded call, and every call records it.
Which meeting apps does it work with?
Any: it is a window over your screen, so Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet in a browser all work. On Windows, and on a Mac with macOS 14.2 or later, it notices a call starting and offers to start.
Windows or Mac?
Both: there is an installer for Windows and one for each kind of Mac.
What happens to my calls?
They are yours: kept for your company, never used for Tesserafy’s own purposes, and exportable or deletable at any time. Email addresses and phone numbers are masked before anything is stored.
